“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16

You've probably heard the phrase "treat others the way you want to be treated." Well, the same thing applies to love. Love others the way you want to be loved. Everyone has to deal with people that you may not agree with or like, even Taylor Swift. There will always be somebody that makes you mad or upset. The thing is, you can't control what they do or say, but you CAN control how you react to it. In the bible God tells us to love our neighbors, that includes everyone! He also tells us to speak with love, and not hate. It's amazing to think about it, but saying one thing out of love could change someone's day or life!

As an example of great love, we can learn from God. He sent down his only son to take away our sins so that we could live in Heaven with him. Think about how much he must love us to send his only son to die on the cross. God still loves us no matter what we do, say, or think. He is waiting for you with open arms, and all you need to do is take one step toward him.

This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. John 15:12
